Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Welcome to 3ish, a calm daily to-do app. These terms are the agreement between you and the person who operates 3ish. By using 3ish, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and readable.
1. Who you’re agreeing with
3ish is operated by Trinidad Business Consultancy Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Nikko Ronquillo Trinidad, registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under Business Name Registration No. 5474758, based in Noveleta, Cavite, Philippines (“we,” “us,” “3ish”). You can reach us any time at hello@3ish.app.
2. Who can use 3ish
You must be at least 18 years old to use 3ish. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Your account
- You sign in without a password: either through a one-time link sent to your email, or with “Continue with Google.”
- Keep access to your email (and Google account, if you use it) secure, since that’s how you get into 3ish. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Let us know at hello@3ish.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Your tasks are yours
Anything you write in 3ish (your tasks, lists, and notes) belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your content so that we can provide the app to you (for example, saving your tasks to your account and showing them on your other devices). We don’t use your content for anything else (see our Privacy Policy).
You’re responsible for what you put into 3ish, and you agree not to use it to store or share anything unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use 3ish for anything illegal, or to harm others;
- try to break, overload, hack, or disrupt the app or its security;
- attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the app without our permission.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
While 3ish is in beta, the service is free and we don’t collect any payment. The rest of this section describes the paid plans we’ll introduce once the beta ends. We’ll give you notice before any charge, and it doesn’t apply while the service is free.
3ish offers a free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Free trial. When you sign up, you can use 3ish free for the trial period described at sign-up. If you don’t subscribe by the end of it, your access to the paid features ends, but you keep the ability to export your data.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, at the price shown to you when you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorise us (through our payment processor) to charge that amount for each billing period.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly plans each month, annual plans each year) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and won’t renew after that. We don’t refund the unused part of a billing period, except where Philippine law requires otherwise.
- Price changes. If we change our prices, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we’ll give you reasonable advance notice so you can decide whether to continue.
- Payments. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We don’t store your full card details. The processor does, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Taxes. Prices may be shown with or without applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), depending on your location and how payment is collected.
7. Availability: provided “as is”
We work hard to keep 3ish useful and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will never lose data, so please keep your own backups of anything important (3ish lets you export a backup from within the app).
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause or discontinue the service. If we ever plan to shut it down, we’ll make a reasonable effort to give you notice and a way to export your data first.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, 3ish and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any loss of data.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under Philippine law, including your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792). Where the law does not allow a limitation, that limitation simply doesn’t apply to you.
9. Ending your use
- You can stop using 3ish, and delete your account and data, at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service.
10. Your privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know. If you keep using 3ish after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that can’t be resolved amicably will be handled by the proper courts of Cavite, Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
